Caricature Generator at caricature-generator.org provides AI caricatures, avatars, banner backgrounds and raster logo concepts. Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before use. You must be able to enter a contract; minors require permissions required by applicable law. Sign-in uses Google only. Maintain accurate contact details and protect your account and session.

Your content and permission

You retain your existing rights in uploads. You authorize only the processing, transmission, storage and use necessary to generate, deliver and support the creations you request. This does not transfer ownership of your photos or authorize their automatic promotional publication.

You must hold necessary rights and permissions for photos, likenesses, trademarks and other inputs. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, child sexual exploitation, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or incitement to violence. Do not bypass security, billing or usage restrictions.

Results and commercial use

AI results may differ in likeness, text, anatomy, colour, composition or style. Outputs are not guaranteed identical, unique or faithful to every reference detail. Check before publishing, printing or commercial use. Examples illustrate possibilities rather than guarantee your result.

Subject to applicable law and rights in your inputs, you may download and use your outputs for lawful purposes, including commercial use; we do not assert separate exclusive rights over them. This does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity, noninfringement or trademark registration. Logo concepts are raster images, not editable vectors or trademark clearance; banners do not guarantee editable typography.

Plans and payments

Current plans: USD 9.99 once for 100 credits valid 365 days; USD 14.99 monthly for 300 credits per billing month, each grant valid 31 days; USD 139.99 yearly for 3,600 credits granted upfront and valid 366 days. Annual plans are charged yearly, with no monthly credit drip. Packs do not renew.

For the same image quality, yearly credits have the lowest unit price, followed by monthly credits and then packs. Confirm the total, currency and any taxes at checkout. Your card issuer may apply separate exchange or international fees. Stripe processes payment. Later price changes do not retroactively alter completed one-time purchases.

Using credits and failed tasks

Standard 1K generation uses 5 credits; Pro 2K uses 10. Regeneration, refinement and new requests consume credits separately, with the amount shown before submission. Credits are not cash, do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires. Each grant expires according to its purchased terms.

Tasks finally confirmed failed or cancelled return their credits with the original grant expiry; duplicate events do not create duplicate refunds. Processing does not itself mean failure. A completed image you dislike does not automatically return credits; report technical failures or incorrect deductions with the task ID. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for their billing period until cancelled, granting the corresponding credits on renewal. Manage or cancel from account billing or its provided billing portal; contact support if the entry is unavailable. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than reversing a completed payment or extending credit expiry. Check the effective date shown in the cancellation confirmation.

Material changes to renewal prices or terms are communicated in advance where required, with consent where necessary. Logging out of Google, uninstalling a browser or simply not using the service does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds, disputes and support

Report duplicate charges, missing purchased credits, technical failures or other billing issues through support tickets or maysunyoung@gmail.com. Include order and task IDs, a description and relevant screenshots, never full card numbers or security codes. Requests are assessed using service delivery, credit use, the issue and applicable law.

There is no blanket exclusion of statutory refunds. Mandatory withdrawal, defect-remedy and refund rights continue to apply. Any effect of starting digital performance depends on applicable law and valid consent obtained at checkout. Approved refunds may revoke corresponding unused credits or entitlements. Payment institutions determine additional settlement time.

Storage and account deletion

Download important originals; availability is not a promise of permanent backup. Deleting completed works may be irreversible through the service. Before requesting account deletion, download your work and arrange subscription cancellation. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy and may retain necessary financial or dispute records. Deleting an account does not itself cancel recurring payments or remove existing payment obligations.

Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, networking, capacity and dependent-system failures can interrupt or delay service. We may restrict requests or suspend accounts to address abuse, security issues or lawful requirements, explaining where appropriate and permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded; any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and disputes

Updated November 6, 2026. Material changes are communicated on the site or through an appropriate channel, with renewal and consent changes handled as required by law. Contact support first about a dispute. These terms do not remove mandatory local consumer rights or access to a competent court or regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where permitted.
