Privacy Policy
How we use, retain and protect account details, photos, creations and payment records.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
Scope and contact
This service is operated by Sunrix, LLC.
This policy covers the Caricature Generator website at caricature-generator.org, its creative tools and account services. We are responsible for personal information handled within this product. Contact us through account support tickets or maysunyoung@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, identity documents or full payment-card details. We may request proportionate information to verify account ownership.
Information we handle
Google provides an account identifier, name, email, verification status and available profile image; we do not receive your Google password. Creation requests include uploaded photos, prompts, style, scene, character settings, task status and generated images. We also keep credit entries, orders, subscription status, transaction references and support requests.
Session identifiers, IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, errors and network-derived country information may be used for security and operation. Referral and campaign parameters help us understand visits. Country information is not precise location. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information in your photos or prompts.
Purposes and grounds
We process information to deliver authentication, generation, storage, downloads, billing, credits and support; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; and meet applicable accounting obligations. Where data-protection law applies, processing relies on providing the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as service security, or consent where required. You may ask which ground applies. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Photos and creations
Necessary photos and instructions are processed by the image-computing services we use to fulfil your generation request. Hosting, storage and security services may also process data as needed for their roles. Account ownership checks control access to your history and downloads; generating a picture does not automatically publish it in a public gallery. Site examples are separately prepared and are not used as your photo inputs.
We do not operate a feature that trains general-purpose models on customer photos. Upload only content you own or are permitted to use, with appropriate permission from depicted people, particularly for children or sensitive situations.
Recipients and international processing
Google supplies authentication and Stripe handles payments. Image-computing services receive necessary creative inputs; infrastructure, storage and support services help operate the product. We do not sell your creations to advertisers. Stripe handles complete payment credentials; we retain transaction references and status, not full card numbers or security codes.
Processing facilities may be outside your country. We use contractual and other safeguards as required by applicable law. Contact us about recipients, locations and safeguards relevant to your data. Independent services such as Google and Stripe also publish their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Account details are retained as needed to provide the account. Creation history, settings and available images remain until deletion of the relevant record or account, or necessary operational, security, storage or legal cleanup. This is not a permanent backup service: download important originals. Deleting a completed creation clears its creative data and stored image from the application, but cannot recall downloaded, shared or independently saved copies.
Temporary uploads and processing-system copies follow their cleanup cycles, and backups may require rotation. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy. Necessary accounting, credit, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained for the relevant required period, separated from direct account identifiers where possible.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies maintain login and protect sessions. Preferences keep your chosen language, and local browser storage can retain recent creation settings without storing the uploaded photo files themselves.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and basic account or purchase events. Analytics is not loaded until you accept optional analytics. We do not send uploaded photos, prompts, email addresses or page query strings to Analytics. Google may process pseudonymous browser identifiers and technical visit information. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Declining analytics does not prevent you from creating portraits.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. The choice is stored locally and is valid for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes Analytics cookies where browser controls permit; it does not automatically erase previously collected data. Contact us for applicable data-rights requests. Browser controls can also manage storage, but disabling essential cookies can affect login.
Your choices and rights
Use account settings to edit your profile, download creations, delete completed works or request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Google account connections can also be managed through Google.
We verify necessary ownership information and respond within applicable time requirements. Legal duties, dispute needs and other people’s rights may limit certain requests; we explain applicable reasons. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Security, children and automation
Account checks, ownership checks and access controls help protect data, but no system is absolutely secure. Protect your Google account and session. The service is intended for adults able to enter a contract; contact us about improperly submitted children’s information. Automated image creation is not used to determine eligibility for employment, credit, healthcare or similar consequential decisions.
